Posture Correction Stools Drop from £500 to £30

The chair that you sit in at your desk plays a vital role in posture correction. If you have a badly adjusted chair this can contribute to the amount of strain you put on your body. Although it is possible to overcome poor chair design using the Alexander technique, choosing the correct chair is still important.
When I was having Alexander technique lessons, my teacher used to sing the praises of her saddle chair, because it supported the pelvis correctly. Such a chair may not be able to improve posture by itself, it helps the user to sit in a natural way.
At that time there was no way that I could afford that chair (www.bambach.com) because it cost around £500. However, earlier today I decided to see if I could pick up a cheap second hand one on eBay. What I found was very interesting.
Although not made by the same company, it seems that the shape of the Bambach saddle chair has been replicated for a fraction of the price. I am not sure whether the quality would be anywhere near as high as the Bambach’s but for £30 it is very tempting indeed.
